Introduction
Hello! I'm Brenda Chan, the founder and lead consultant at Bright Consulting. With over 25 years' managerial experience in HR in sizable organizations, I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unleash their inner potential. I am highly adaptable and strong in building up rapport with staff at all levels.
Professional Background
Throughout my career, I have held pivotal roles in HR across various industries. Corporations I have served include HK Telecommunications, HSBC, Standard Chartered, HK Tourism Board and TSL Jewelry. In a number of those roles, I was either the lead or a key member of HR transformation projects.
After leaving the Corporate full-time role, I have become a HR Consultant cum Executive Coach. I have provided consultancy service to different organizations, including two international NGOs to enhance their HR capabilities. On Executive Coaching, my clients came from different background, from SME to NGO.

My Personal Story
My passion for supporting others unlock their potential motivated me to start this business. A strong advocate for continuous learning and personal growth, I ventured into entrepreneurship in 2017.
After stepping down from a full-time corporate role. My journey from an HR Director, managing a team of support staff, to owning a consultancy firm required me to acquire a variety of new skills, from using Canva to developing this very website. Each of these accomplishments has brought me immense fulfillment.
On a personal level, dedicating more time to my church and being a mother and grandmother to my beloved family has enriched my life in countless ways. These experiences have further deepened my commitment to helping others thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
